We get asked all of the time if it’s possible to visit the Inn at Mary’s Land Farm for our delicious breakfasts…well now is your chance! In this class, Innkeeper Julie Webb will teach you how to prepare some of the Inn’s most popular breakfast items that guests enjoy. You will have the hands-on experience of making your own delicious scones, while learning the benefits of baking with the most ancient grain of all: Einkorn flour. You will even be able to take your fresh baked scones home with you!
Julie will demonstrate how to make a Duck Egg Veggie Frittata. If you’ve never had a duck egg, then you are in for a treat! You won’t find a fresher egg, as these come right from our happy, pasture-raised ducks on the farm.
Finally, you will learn the art of granola making! Once you learn the basics, you can easily make your own granola at home with your favorite mix-ins. The key to making granola is learning not only how much of each ingredient to add, but when to add them!
Julie is known for the memorable breakfasts she prepares for our guests at the Inn. Reserve your spot now before this new class fills up!
