Christmas at the Farm

Christmas Barnyard

Step into a winter wonderland at our enchanting Christmas event, where the magic of the season comes alive in the heart of our cozy barnyard.

Between Thanksgiving and New Years experience the farm in all its Christmas glory. Our event pavilion will host Christmas photo-ops, crafts, bonfires, concessions, and games. Our barnyard, lit and decorated for Christmas, with friendly animals of all kinds awaiting your visit. Hop on our Polar Express train or take a holiday ride on our wagon up to the animal barns, color maze, play areas and Megaslide.

Friday Activities

Fridays – 3:00pm – 7:00pm

Kick off your holiday weekend with an evening filled with festive fun for all ages! On Fridays, enjoy the warmth of crackling fires and s’mores, animal petting and feeding, and a Christmas-themed event barn featuring a variety of holiday activities:
-Bonfires & S’mores
-Create Your Own Nativity & Vintage Christmas Scene
-Holiday Crafts
-Christmas Train & Wagon Rides
-Lit Petting Farm Areas
-Children’s Play Areas, Color Maze, & Super Megaslide
-Concessions

Kids and families will delight in crafting their own ornaments at our Make Your Own Ornaments and Craft station. Hop aboard the Festive Trackless Ride-on Train or enjoy a scenic wagon ride. Wander through our Lit Petting Farm Areas, explore illuminated Children’s Play Areas, and slide down the exciting Super Megaslide. Plus, capture the magic with photo ops around every corner!

Saturday Activities

Saturday 1pm-7pm

Saturdays are extra special with holiday magic to experience! Enjoy the warmth of crackling fires and s’mores, animal petting and feeding, and a Christmas-themed event barn featuring a variety of holiday activities. Enjoy exclusive photo opportunities with Santa from 5:00pm to 7:00pm in the event pavilion. Let the kids tell Santa their holiday wishes, and don’t forget to snap a memorable photo!

Enjoy a slower-paced, self-guided Sunday afternoon exploring all the Christmas magic the farm has to offer. You can enjoy:

– Petting Areas to meet our friendly farm animals
– Create Your Own Nativity & Vintage Christmas Scene for festive family pictures
– Children’s Play Areas illuminated with holiday lights
– Shopping at the Farm Store for unique seasonal gifts and treats
– Christmas Train Rides for a perfect holiday experience offered at 1pm, 2pm, and 3pm.

It’s a relaxed and joyful day for families and holiday lovers to make memories and experience the charm of the farm during the Christmas season. Please note that this is a self-guided experience and there are no wagon rides. You will receive a farm map and guide at admissions. Check in is at the farm store.

Monday-Thursday Activities

Hours: 10am-5pm

Take a peaceful stroll around the farm any weekday and enjoy the magic of the season at your own pace. Explore the self-guided activities such as:

– Petting Areas where kids and adults can interact with farm animals
– Christmas Scene Photo Ops to capture festive moments
– Children’s Play Areas lit up with holiday lights
– Farm Store Shopping for your favorite seasonal goods and gifts

Please note that this is a self-guided experience and there are no wagon rides. The perfect option for those looking to take in the sights and sounds of Christmas at a leisurely pace on the farm. You will receive a farm map and guide at admissions. Check in is at the farm store.

Meet & Greet Santa on Saturdays

Santa Claus himself will grace us with his presence on Saturday evenings at Mary’s Land Farm in the Event Pavilion. Children, with hearts brimming with holiday cheer, can share their Christmas wishes with the jolly old man and capture the moment with a cherished photo. It’s a memory that will last a lifetime. Tickets required.

Classes & Workshops

We are excited to offer a number of workshops during this holiday season.

11/30 Wreath Making Workshop (1pm-3pm) Learn how to design and craft an evergreen wreath to adorn your home for the holidays. The class is hosted on Thanksgiving weekend to kick-start your Christmas preparations! This class has sold out every year, sign up before it’s too late – limited spaces available.

12/13 Watercolor Workshop: Christmas Cards and Bookmarks (2pm-4pm) Participants in this watercolor workshop will create two of their own holiday cards (envelopes included) and beautiful bookmarks with festive watercolor snowflake and tree ornament designs. Click here to register.

12/15 Christmas Cookie Decorating (2pm-3pm) Bring the whole family to the farm on this Sunday afternoon for Christmas themed cookie decorating! Don’t worry about the cooking baking or cutting at home.
