The Menu
We’re starting with rustic Orecchiette Verza Salsiccia e Formaggio — hearty pasta with cabbage, sausage, and melted cheese that tastes like a warm hug. Then comes the showstopper: Bombette Pugliesi di Pollo e Prosciutto, tender rolled chicken stuffed with prosciutto — a true Puglian classic. On the side, slow-cooked Fagioline Ammolicati in Padella Gratinati, pan-gratinéed beans with deep, comforting flavor. And for dessert? Dita Degli Apostoli — delicate crepes stuffed with ricotta and chocolate. 🍫
