You’ll also learn practical ways to shop for the best ingredients, how to decode labels, and methods to streamline cooking with pre-prepared real food.
Armed with all that knowledge, you’ll then get to put everything into action with a hands-on cooking class led by Julie, who will walk you through creating a delicious and nutritious meal of farm fresh steak, salad, and vegetables. You’ll experience the quality of Secolari olive oils and vinegars and get a wonderful dinner as well!
