Looking for a unique Valentine’s experience? Bring your Valentine to an interactive cooking class at our charming historic Inn! Learn how to cook a fresh salmon dinner and enjoy the delicious results together.
Our dynamic innkeeper and cook, Julie Webb, will guide you through making Salmon en Papillote—a scrumptious dill, lemon, and shallot salmon dish made with fish from the Mary’s Land Farm Store and Secolari lemon olive oil. Everyone will get hands-on experiences prepping their salmon and its accompanying vegetables in parchment for baking.
Julie will also demonstrate how to make the perfect side dish and dessert: wild brown rice with toasted pine nuts and chocolate mousse with homemade whip cream.
