Chef Shea Gagnon of Gather With Shea designed this menu to highlight the best produce and ingredients grown right on our land. With only 20 seats available\, it will be a cozy\, relaxed evening centered on good food and great company. \nThe Evening at a Glance\nWe will kick things off at 5:00 PM with a warm Harvest Hot Toddy and a Wild Mushroom Crostini while everyone gets settled then we’ll head out to dinner to enjoy a truly amazing menu crafted by Shea.  \nThe Menu\nEach course features seasonal\, local ingredients from our fall harvest:First Course: Roasted  \nFirst Course: Roasted Garden Salad with Fall Vegetables\, Whipped Chèvre\, and Hazelnuts\nSecond Course: Creamy Kale and Swiss Chard Lasagna using greens picked steps from the kitchen\nThird Course: Red Wine and Rosemary Braised Beef with White Bean Purée featuring slow-cooked farm beef\nFourth Course: Spiced Squash Chiffon Pie topped with local whipped cream \nIf you would like wine with your meal\, you can add an optional pairing for $30\, which includes two pours of local wine picked to match the courses. \nAbout Chef Shea Gagnon\nChef Shea Gagnon builds her meals around a simple idea: food tastes best when you know its roots.
