Celebrate fall with us this year on the farm with your friends and family! Once again, we are proud to offer our fall festival at Mary’s Land Farm with new and exciting attractions, play areas, and animal encounters, ensuring a memory-making visit for all visitors.
Our barnyard animals can’t wait to meet all their friends this fall. The farm festival revolves around our furry friends that live on the farm: you can get up close and learn all about our chicks, goats, sheep, cows (and calves!), kune kune pigs, bunnies, emus, ponies, and alpacas! Our challenge to you: Say hello to them all!
To complement our barnyard, we’ve created areas of fun for everyone in the family! Our play areas, pumpkin patch, corn maze, and Super Mega Slide will ensure ultimate farm fall fun!
A Fall Festival Wishlist
Attractions
Animal Village Barn: Home to our youngest and smallest barnyard animals. Visit the baby chicks, calves, bunnies, and anything recently born on the farm!
Middle Woods Animal Encounters: Here’s where most of our non-baby animals hang out! There are over 10 paddocks of animals here. You’ll be sure to see the 2 alpacas, half a dozen goats, horses, and. watch our for the three little pigs!
Kid’s Play Park: Explore our fun park where we have our color maze, bull dozer and tractor play trucks with slides, nine-square in the air, GaGa ball bit, giant connect 4 and other fun games!
Ride-on Train: Choo Choo!! Take a ride around our fall festival areas on our trackless train.
Super Mega Slide: Soar down our 150 foot slide. This one is what memories are made of and the kids will be begging to come back!
Sing-a-long and Magic/Comedy Shows: Enjoy shows throughout the day in under our show tent. Schedule coming soon!
Corn Maze Fun!
It’s down-to-earth farm fun in our “Barnyard Friends” Corn Maze! As you wind your way through the tall corn, you’ll meet three of our favorite barnyard animals—a playful pig, a curious cow, and a spunky chicken—each guiding you through the maze with farm-themed games and challenges.
Along the way, you’ll be on the lookout for hidden codes that will help you unlock the path forward. Whether it’s testing your knowledge of farm life or solving a puzzle, every twist and turn offers a new way to enjoy the adventure!
Perfect for families and groups, this interactive maze combines farmyard fun with a bit of friendly competition. How many codes will you discover, and can you make it through with all the clues?
WANDER, PLAY, DELIGHT IN THE FARM
Tickets
Weekday Admission: Come during the week to enjoy our animal petting areas, mini trikes, play areas, MegaSlide, corn maze and pumpkin patch. Grab a snack in the farm store and enjoy some time in the crisp air. $14 per person 2+.
Weekend Basic Admission: Visit all our animal petting areas, go through the maze, and spend as much time as you want in our play areas! Enjoy shows or guided animal encounters throughout the day. No Super Mega slide or Train rides included here but they are available for purchase on-site. Food trucks, concessions, and farm store available on-site! $18 online; $21 at gate.
Weekend Ultimate Access: BEST DEAL FOR ALL THE FUN! Everything included in the basic admission plus UNLIMITED Super MegaSlide Rides and UNLIMITED train rides. $25 online, $28 at gate.
Fall Adventurer Season Pass: Come as many times as you’d like throughout the season. Unlimited Super MegaSlide and Train Rides included! (Train available weekends only) $50 online.

Mary’s Land Farm Souvenir Drink Cup: Fill up on our delicious apple cider with your new reusable MLF souvenir cup! Get up to three free refills throughout your visit.
Pumpkin: What’s a fall trip to the farm without going home with a pumpkin!? You’ll be sure to find your perfect pumpkin. Priced at $11 when purchased with your ticket or $1/lb onsite, max $15!
Animal Feed Cups: Enjoy feeding your new barnyard friends throughout your visit to the farm. Feed cups are 4oz plastic cups that you can either return to us or take it home! Only for Goats, Pigs, and Sheep. Remember “GPS”.
5-Ride Adventure Band: Purchase for an opportunity to take the ride on our trackless train or soar down the MegaSlide! Good for 5 rides and shareable between ticket holders. $8 available online and on-site.

Gather your family and friends in one of our private picnic pavilions and enjoy the fall festival together! Keep your meet up spot amongst the animal encounter areas and easy access to the whole farm!

We’re happy to host groups on weekdays and the weekends! Discounts will apply automatically on our ticket website as you select a certain quantity of tickets.
5-10 Tickets $2 off every ticket
11-50 Tickets $3 off every ticket

FAQs
Are tickets required to be purchased before arrival?
All tickets must be purchased through our ticketing website. If you have not purchased your tickets before arrival, you will be asked to scan a QR code to purchase tickets on your smartphone.
What ages are required to have a ticket?
All ages 2 and up.
What food will be available?
Monday-Thursday there are no food trucks or concessions. You can find delicious and healthy snacks in our farm store!
On Friday afternoons, we will have 1 or 2 food trucks on-site.
On Saturdays and Sundays, we hope to have 2-4 food trucks.
Are pets allowed?
Dogs and emotional-support dogs are not allowed on the farm. Trained dogs to support a handicap are allowed with proper identification.
What is the weather policy?
The weather is a fickle friend, and the forecast can’t be trusted. Similarly, we are a working farm, so we are open rain or shine. In the event of extended downpours, we will close and your unscanned ticket may be used another day.
Do you have restrooms?
We have scattered portable potties throughout the farm for your use. There is a handicap restroom located at the basement of the Inn (through the doors next to the waterfall).
I need to change my ticket date. How do I do that?
Please email us with your name, email address associated with your ticket order and the date you’d like to change your tickets to. There is a $5 per ticket change fee that you will be automatically charged.
