By purchasing a membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Purchase & Refund Policy

• All membership purchases are final.
• No refunds will be issued for any reason once the membership has been purchased.

2. Membership Use & Household Policy

• Memberships are for the immediate household only (those living at the same address).
• Members may not purchase discounted tickets for extended family members, friends, or other guests.
• If a member is found violating this policy, their membership will be revoked without a refund.

3. Cancellation & Renewal Terms

• Members may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued.
• Memberships are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
• Members may renew their membership after the term has ended.
• Members may upgrade to a higher tier at any time by paying the difference.

4. Event & Booking Policies

• All event, workshop, and booking policies follow the same terms and conditions listed on each product’s booking page.
• Members must comply with all farm rules and event policies when redeeming their benefits.

5. Membership Revocation

• The farm reserves the right to revoke any membership without refund if a member is found violating these terms, engaging in misconduct, or misusing their membership benefits.

Referral Bonuses: 

Current members can get a $100 gift card when they refer another family to sign up for any membership level. The new member will also receive a $50 gift card. 

Sign up reward: all membership levels – they don’t know that we’re sending it to thank them 

Basic: 1 MLF T-shirt, 1 custom MLF member bumper sticker, hand written thank you for supporting farms 

Middle: 2 tshirts, bumper sticker, handwritten thank you, and something nice from the store. 

Premium: the above, a MLF mug, and something really nice from the store
