We produce turkeys that are: Fed an organic, soy-free, non-GMO grain Raised on our green, fertile pasture 7 days a week Secured at night from predators. Once the turkeys are processed at a USDA facility just a few days before Thanksgiving, they’ll be available for pickup between Sunday, November 24 and Wednesday, November 27. There isn’t a fresher, healthier turkey available! Warning: Turkeys should be held at 28 degrees to be preserved fresh until Tuesday. We will hold it for you at that temperature. Only pick it up on Sunday or Monday if you can hold it at that temperature or have another method of caring for your turkey. (Be sure to choose Local Pickup at checkout and do not pay for shipping as we cannot ship fresh turkeys.)
