Perhaps the Ellicott City flood wouldn’t have occurred if more attention was paid to permaculture principles. This is a walking tour.

This tour requires a reservation. Learn how the old spring house on the property was dug. If you dare, reach into the old spring head. Measure the temperature of the spring house pool. Learn how the marble formation below the farm was created and why the aquifer produces great water. Visit the ice house and learn how ice was stored on the farm before refrigeration. This is a walking tour.
